This self-seal bag is shown as packaging for mobile phones, but the dimensions can also be adapted for tablets, phone cases, chargers, data cables, and other consumer-electronics accessories.

The bag is made from PCR plastic. The thickness of a single side is approximately 0.04mm，Buyers can specify a different thickness based on product weight, sharp edges, transport conditions, and packaging cost. After the product is inserted, the operator removes the release liner, folds over the flap, and presses the adhesive strip to close the bag.

A standard PCR self-seal bag is not an electrostatic-shielding bag. Circuit boards, chips, and other electrostatic-sensitive devices require a separate ESD packaging assessment.

Customization Process

1. The customer provides product dimensions, weight, photos, and estimated order quantity.

2. JXD Eco-packaging assesses the PCR material, bag format, film thickness, and closure method.

3. Both parties confirm the quotation, print artwork, and documentation requirements.

4. Samples are produced and tested with the actual product.

5. The material, dimensions, tolerances, printing, and adhesive are approved.

6. Film blowing, printing, bag making, and adhesive-strip application are scheduled.

7. Appearance, dimensions, seams, adhesive performance, and packing quantities are inspected.

8. The finished bags are packed, labeled, and shipped as agreed.
