What is PLA:

PLA is short for polylactic acid, which is an English term for "polylactic acid". It is synthesized from biomass resources such as corn, sugar beets, sugarcane, and aged rice. It is one of the representatives of biobased plastics. PLA is a colorless and transparent thermoplastic polymer. It can be processed using the same methods as common thermoplastic plastics, such as extrusion and injection molding. The thermal stability of PLA is good, with a processing temperature ranging from 170 to 230 degrees Celsius. It has good solvent resistance and can be processed in various ways, such as extrusion, spinning, biaxial stretching, injection molding, and blow molding. The density of PLA bags is between 1.25 and 1.28 per cubic meter, and the tensile strength is 40-60 MPa.

What is PBAT:

PBAT is a semi-crystalline polymer. Its crystallization temperature is usually around 110℃, while its melting point is approximately 130℃, and its density ranges from 1.18g/ml to 1.3g/ml. The crystallinity of PBAT is roughly 30%, and its Shore hardness is above 85. PBAT is a copolymer of aliphatic and aromatic groups, integrating the excellent degradation performance of aliphatic polyesters and the good mechanical properties of aromatic polyesters. The processing performance of PBAT is very similar to that of LDPE, and it can be blown film using LDPE processing equipment.

What is PBS:

The zipper head of the biodegradable zipper bag is mainly composed of PBS. PBS is a biodegradable plastic derived from petrochemical resources, but it can also be formed by the condensation polymerization of amber and 1,4 butanediol.

The biodegradable zipper bags produced by Jiuxindada are printed clearly and beautifully, with uniform material thickness and neat sealing edges. The key feature is that they have a compostable certificate.
