JXD Eco-packaging manufactures custom sustainable packaging bags for brands, manufacturers and exporters serving the European market.
Founded in 2010, we produce fiber bags, GRS recycled PE bags, compostable bags, paper packaging and other custom inner-packaging solutions. Our team supports each project from material selection and sampling through printing, production and final inspection.
For products entering the EU, we can also help customers develop packaging with relevant Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation requirements in mind.
An Experienced Packaging Manufacturer

JXD Eco-packaging has more than 16 years of packaging manufacturing experience. Our production facility covers over 6,000 square meters and is equipped for film processing, printing, slitting, folding, bag making and die cutting.
Keeping the main manufacturing processes in-house gives our team closer control over dimensions, sealing, printing and production schedules. It also makes revisions easier when a customer changes the product size, retail box or artwork.
We manufacture packaging for:
Consumer electronics
Home appliances
Apparel and footwear
Beauty and personal care products
E-commerce and retail
Automotive and industrial parts
Cables and small accessories
Sustainable Materials for Different Products
There is no single material that works for every sustainable packaging project. The right option depends on the product, required protection, shipping conditions, environmental claim and destination market.
JXD Eco-packaging offers several material categories.
Wood Pulp and Plant Fiber Bags
Soft fiber bags are suitable for electronics, apparel, footwear and accessories. They help separate the product from other items inside the retail package and can be customized in size, thickness and transparency.
GRS Recycled PE Bags
GRS recycled PE bags are designed for brands that require verified recycled content and material traceability. Available recycled-content percentages and transaction documents depend on the selected material and order.
Compostable Packaging Bags
PLA and PBAT materials may be used for projects with defined compostability requirements. Certification scope, disposal conditions and environmental wording must be confirmed for the final product before claims are printed or published.
Paper Packaging Bags
Paper and glassine-style bags can be developed according to the required strength, print finish, transparency and packaging structure.
Frosted CPE and Other Flexible Packaging
Frosted CPE, shrink bags and laminated bags are available when the product requires a specific appearance or physical performance. Material suitability is reviewed for each application.

Custom Packaging Made to Fit
A packaging bag should match the product, packing method and retail box. An undersized bag may compress the product, while an oversized bag can create wrinkles and use unnecessary material.
JXD Eco-packaging can develop packaging from product dimensions, technical drawings, existing samples or physical products.
Customization options include:
Length and width
Material and thickness
Transparency and color
Opening and closure style
Edge-seal width
Self-adhesive strips
Zipper closures
Hanging and ventilation holes
Custom logo printing
Product and warning text
Carton quantities and markings
If the bag must work with automated packing equipment, we recommend testing it on the intended production line before approval.
Our Custom Packaging Process
Project Review
Send us the product dimensions, expected order quantity, packaging application, destination market, artwork and required delivery date.
Our team reviews how the product will be packed, stored and shipped.
Material Recommendation
We recommend a material, thickness and bag structure based on the product weight, required protection, environmental goals and market requirements.
Quotation and Sampling
Once the initial specification is clear, we prepare a quotation and sample plan. Printed samples can be made when logo placement and color approval are required.
Fit and Artwork Approval
The sample is tested with the actual product and retail packaging. Dimensions, closure position, print quality and packing efficiency can be adjusted before mass production.
Production and Inspection
After approval, production begins against the confirmed sample. Inspection may cover dimensions, sealing, appearance, printing and packing quantity.
Shipping and Repeat Orders
Finished bags are packed and shipped according to the agreed requirements. Approved specifications can be retained for future orders and revised when the product or packaging changes.
Packaging Support for EU PPWR Projects
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation began applying in phases on August 12, 2026. It introduces requirements concerning packaging minimization, recyclability, recycled plastic content, labeling and packaging waste management. View the European Commission’s PPWR overview.
For customers supplying products to the EU, JXD Eco-packaging can review:
Material selection
Packaging weight and dimensions
Avoidance of unnecessary material
Recyclability considerations
Recycled-content requirements
Material traceability
Environmental labeling
Available certificates and test reports
Our material range includes GRS recycled PE, plant-fiber packaging, paper bags and compostable options for qualifying applications. Supporting documents are checked against the actual material selected for the order.
PPWR is an EU regulation, not a factory certification. There is no single “PPWR certificate” that automatically covers every package produced by a supplier.
Compliance must be assessed using the final material composition, packaging format, intended use, applicable obligations and date of placement on the EU market. JXD Eco-packaging supports material selection, packaging development and document review, while the final compliance assessment remains project-specific.
Quality and Documentation
JXD Eco-packaging operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Depending on the agreed specification, production checks may include:
Dimensional accuracy
Seal consistency
Material appearance
Printing position
Color variation
Tensile performance
Carton quantity and labeling
GRS, FSC, EN 13432, TÜV, BPI and AS 4736 documentation may be available for applicable materials and products. Certification coverage is confirmed before production and should not be extended to unrelated materials.
Why Buyers Work with JXD Eco-packaging
Customers work directly with our production team from sampling through delivery. This helps keep material specifications, artwork and production requirements clear.
Our in-house capabilities support both new product development and repeat orders. Approved samples and specifications can be retained for future production, helping maintain consistency when the same packaging is reordered.

Options include GRS recycled PE, wood pulp or plant fiber, paper packaging and compostable materials for qualifying applications.
The recommended material depends on the product, required protection, environmental claim and destination market.
Can you customize the size and printing?
Yes. We can customize the dimensions, thickness, transparency, closure, edge sealing, logo and printed information.
A sample is recommended before mass production.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide product dimensions, estimated quantity, material preference, artwork, destination market and required delivery date. Existing samples or product drawings are also helpful.
Are certification documents available?
Documents may include GRS, FSC, EN 13432, TÜV, BPI, AS 4736 or relevant test reports when they apply to the selected material and product.
