Bag Cutting Production at JXD Eco-packaging

At JXD Eco-packaging, the bag cutting machine turns film rolls into finished packaging bags. It feeds film to the required length, forms seals and cuts each bag to the approved size. Operators set the machine according to the material, thickness, bag style and order specification.

Before the main run, the first bags are measured for length, width, seal position and opening direction. Further samples are taken during production to watch for size variation, uneven edges or weak seals. Print position and custom details such as holes or easy-open features are reviewed when required.

Accurate cutting makes bags easier to fill, pack and seal. It also helps prevent material waste and mixed specifications from reaching the next production stage. With regular in-process checks, JXD Eco-packaging can maintain more consistent dimensions across a batch and reproduce approved specifications for repeat orders. The equipment supports flat bags, self-seal bags and other customised formats for different applications.
