Quality Inspection at JXD Eco-packaging
Quality control at JXD Eco-packaging follows each order from incoming materials to final packing. Before production begins, our team confirms the approved material, dimensions, thickness, artwork, colour and functional details. These specifications become the reference for every inspection that follows.
Incoming materials are reviewed for identity, appearance and the documents required by the order. During film production, operators monitor width, thickness consistency and surface condition. The focus then shifts to print registration, colour, text clarity and artwork position. Once bag making starts, inspectors examine the finished dimensions, edge seals, closures, openings, holes and any other custom features.
Finished bags are sampled before shipment. Inspectors look for visible defects and contamination, then verify sealing quality, print accuracy and packing quantities. Barcodes and QR codes can be scanned when they are part of the approved design. For recycled, recyclable or compostable packaging, the material description and available certification documents are matched to the confirmed specification.
Products that fall outside the agreed requirements are separated for review and correction before release. When a customer has a specific inspection plan, its checkpoints and acceptance limits can be included in the production order.
This work reduces the chance of incorrect sizes, weak seals, printing errors or mixed specifications reaching the customer’s packing line. It also gives brand owners and purchasing teams a clearer basis for approving the shipment and managing repeat orders. The result is packaging that performs more consistently during filling, storage and transport.
