JXD Production Workshop

The JXD Eco-Packaging production workshop is where customer requirements are turned into finished packaging bags. Each project begins with the product itself. The team reviews its dimensions, weight, shape, packing method and protection needs before confirming the material, bag structure and production details.

The workshop handles a range of packaging materials, including biodegradable films, recycled PE and CPE, cellulose-based materials and paper. Depending on the order, bags can be produced in different sizes, thicknesses, shapes and closure styles. Printing can also be added for logos, product information, handling instructions and brand artwork.

Production moves through material preparation, printing, bag making, sealing, cutting and inspection. At each stage, the team checks practical details such as dimensions, print position, seal condition and overall appearance. Finished bags are inspected and packed according to the order requirements before shipment.

The workshop supports packaging for electronics, household appliances, clothing, beauty products, daily-use goods and courier applications. Since these products differ in size and handling needs, JXD focuses on making the packaging fit the product instead of asking customers to settle for a standard bag.

For buyers developing new packaging, clear specifications make the process easier. Product samples, dimensions, preferred materials, artwork, estimated quantities and destination markets all help the team assess the project and prepare a suitable production plan.
